I aim to provide straightforward advice, tailored to your personal circumstances.
Mortgages for Contractors, Professionals and Complex Income
We help contractors, tradespeople, skilled professionals and overseas clients secure mortgages when income or circumstances are not straightforward.
If your income does not fit a standard payslip model, or you have been declined by a high street lender, we work with specialist lenders who assess affordability based on how you actually earn.

Important note for overseas and non-UK clients
Advice can only be provided when both you and your adviser are physically in the UK at the time the advice is given.
For overseas clients, expats and foreign nationals, eligibility for advice depends on your residency status, visa type and how long you expect to remain in the UK. In some cases, advice may only be available if you return to the UK to receive it.
We cannot provide advice to clients who are resident overseas at the time of advice, or where regulatory restrictions apply. All advice is based on UK residency and UK lending rules, and specialist advice may be required for overseas or foreign national clients.
Please contact us to confirm whether advice can be provided in your circumstances before proceeding.
